        Lead Passenger \/ Organizer<\/b><\/p>

        • We deal primarily with the lead passenger for all communications, payments, and cancellations.<\/span>

        • Other travelers may receive payment reminders & informational emails, but the lead passenger is legally responsible for the full booking.<\/span>

          <\/span><\/li>
        • The lead passenger must be 18+, provide accurate details, and share updates with their party.<\/span>

          Children & Minors<\/b><\/p>

          • Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Certain offers may have additional restrictions. You must notify us if anyone in your party will be under 18 at time of travel.<\/span>

            • We confirm accommodation (or similar accommodation of the same or higher standard if the original is not available) and email you the details.<\/span>

                      Prices are in Euro (\u20ac) and include Irish VAT. Non-Euro amounts shown are estimates only; you are responsible for currency conversion and bank charges.<\/span>

                        • Cancellation takes effect when we confirm receipt.<\/span>

                          • Always non-refundable unless your tour is cancelled by us. If calculated charges are less than the deposit, we retain the full deposit.<\/span>

                                Transfers & Amendments<\/b><\/p>

                                • You may transfer a booking if: (1) you authorize in writing, (2) the new traveler accepts these Terms, (3) they have valid travel insurance (insurance not transferable), and (4) all fees are paid.<\/span>

                                • If a new lead passenger fails to pay, the original lead remains liable.<\/span>

                                  Amendments<\/b><\/p>

                                  • Changes you request to your trip less than <\/span>100 days before arrival (Self Drive & Private Escorted Tours) <\/b>will incur amendment fees.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
                                  • Party size changes at any time may change per-person costs.<\/span><\/li>
                                  • If new arrangements are cheaper, no price reduction applies.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                      • Includes: driver\/guide, vehicle, accommodations, breakfasts, attraction entry, sightseeing, tolls\/road fees, and dining advice.<\/span>

                                      • Daily limit: <\/span>8 hours driving + 1 hour for lunch (9 hours total)<\/b>. Drivers cannot exceed this for safety.<\/span>

                                      • Typical start: 9\u201310am.<\/span>

                                        <\/span><\/li>
                                      • Some attractions are self-guided; drivers usually wait outside.<\/span>

                                        <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

                                        Self-Drive Packages<\/b><\/p>

                                        • Includes: accommodations, breakfasts, rental car (compulsory insurance, unlimited mileage, breakdown cover), personal itinerary.<\/span>

                                        • Driver requirements: valid credit card in main driver\u2019s name; valid license 2+ years; age 25\u201375 (some vehicles require 30+; younger\/older may be accepted with surcharges or additional documentation). Contact us if outside this age range to discuss options. <\/span>

                                          • May include flights, hotels, transport, activities, and guides as specified by the provider.<\/span>

                                            • Travel insurance is strongly recommended <\/b>for all travelers and must cover accidents, medical expenses, evacuation, cancellations, and activities.<\/span>

                                            • We are not liable for: injury, loss, or damage caused by suppliers; delays\/cancellations; strikes; war; weather; government actions; force majeure; or other circumstances beyond our control.<\/span>

                                            • Tour passengers are insured as passengers in vehicles we provide. Independent transport outside the tour is not covered.<\/span>

                                                • Only named travelers may use reserved rooms.<\/span>

                                                • You are responsible for any damage or costs caused.<\/span>

                                                • Room allocation and layout is at the hotel\u2019s discretion.<\/span>
