    Stonehenge & Salisbury

    Bodmin Moor & Lanhydrock House

    Travel through unspoiled Bodmin Moor, stopping for photos at the famous Jamaica Inn. Explore the grand rooms of the late-Victorian Lanhydrock House. In Plymouth, see the Mayflower Steps and enjoy a harbor cruise before a free evening at Royal William Yard.

    Cornwall & St Michael’s Mount

    Visit the coastal village of Marazion to view the majestic outline of St Michael’s Mount. Continue to St. Ives for a guided walking tour of the main sights and beautiful sandy beaches. Browse independently before returning to your hotel in Tavistock.

    Roman Baths & Cardiff Castle

    Tour the wonderfully preserved, 2,000-year-old Roman Baths. Head to Cardiff for a city sightseeing tour, explore Cardiff Castle, and sit down for a festive Welsh banquet with dinner and lively entertainment.

    Hay-On-Wye & Shrewsbury

    Travel through Brecon Beacons National Park to Hay-on-Wye, famous for its books. Continue to Shrewsbury for a unique walking tour with the town crier to view narrow streets and black-and-white buildings. Drive through Cheshire to your hotel in Chester.

    North Wales & Chester

    Drive across the scenic Horseshoe Pass and watch trained dogs herd sheep at a local farm. Travel to medieval Conwy for a walking tour of its picturesque streets and huge castle. In Chester, another walking tour will reveal the city’s Roman walls and medieval buildings.

    Lake District & Scottish Evening

    Travel through the glorious Lake District, stopping in Grasmere where poet William Wordsworth lived. Visit the Famous Blacksmith’s Shop in Gretna Green, then cross into Scotland to enjoy a lively Scottish evening with dinner and entertainment.

    Edinburgh Castle & City Tour

    Explore Edinburgh’s 200-year-old “New Town” and the medieval Royal Mile. Tour Edinburgh Castle to see the Crown Jewels and the Stone of Destiny. (Note: July 29 – August 12 departures will attend the spectacular Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo).

    Glamis Castle & St Andrews

    Tour Glamis Castle, childhood home of the Queen Mother and the setting of Macbeth. Cross the Tay Bridge to the medieval town of St Andrews, “the home of golf,” for a panoramic tour before returning to Edinburgh for a group pub dinner.
