Mark was so personable and informatve. His Irish hospitality is genuine and he is so pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. I would recommend Mark to all my friends and family. I give him a five plus star rating or in America it is a ten plus star rating. Thank you Mark for your patience and accomodating our changes in plans . Sincerely, Justine from West Palm Beach, Florida, USA
When I decided to plan a trip to Ireland, I contacted quite a few trip advisors. Between astronomical prices with good attitudes, to low prices with terrible customer service/communication, I found the best of both worlds in goirishtours. Aoife Conlon was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, and just fantastic. I could not recommend both the company and Aoife Conlon in particular enough if you are planning a trip. Thank you GoIrishTours and Aoife Conlon!!! Edit: Experience was so delightful we decided to use again, and Christina deserves the shout out this time! Everyone I've talked to from this company has been wonderful, and I just wanted to say a special thank you to Christina for helping us set up our 2nd trip to Ireland!!!
I was exploring the idea of a trip to Ireland this year and Christina was very helpful in providing details for different itineraries. She was very personable and stayed in touch - Very professional.
We had a Wonderful time. The vacation was well planned out by Donna. I would recommend them highly.
Such a pleasure connecting and working with Fiona Farrell/GoIrish Tours to put together our trip to Ireland for the Fall of 2026. My partner and I had ideas and thoughts of what we would like this trip to involve, and through our conversations with Fiona, we were able to ponder and pursue what we absolutely needed for this trip, as well as what we could put aside for the next one. « Meeting » online with Fiona face-to-face made the process easy and fun! She is filled with warmth and enthusiasm, and she was courteous and respectful with every encounter. I highly recommend Fiona and GoIrish Tours as they delivered exactly what we had hoped for.
The response from Mark at GoIrish Tours was both extremely quick and comprehensive to my enquiry. No sooner had I requested some possibilities for a tour of Ireland that I received several tour suggestions. A few days later Mark followed up with a courtesy call. The overall service provided was excellent and I couldn't recommend both GoIrish or Mark more highly.
I am truly excited to be visiting Ireland next summer. Irish Mark, as I call him, was such a pleasure to meet and he did a great job with being patient with me in deciding what we wanted to do. Now my husband will be drinking a Guiness in Ireland on his birthday! Woot! Thank you Irish Mark! 🍻
We just got back from an eight-day trip through Ireland with Go Irish Tours and can't say enough good things about the experience. From the first planning call through the drive back to Dublin Airport, the whole thing felt smooth and well thought out. Kash, our travel agent, was excellent. She was responsive, patient with our questions, and clearly knew the country inside and out. When we asked for adjustments, she handled it without any fuss. If you're considering a trip, ask for her by name. The route took us from Dublin down to Kinsale, over to Killarney, up to Galway, and then across to Trim before heading home. Every hotel and B&B on the list was a hit. We made one change to upgrade to the G Hotel in Galway, and it was a great treat. Again, Kash was there to help out and make that booking work. One thing worth addressing directly: if you read travel forums before your trip, you'll see a lot of warnings about driving in Ireland. Narrow roads, driving on the left, hedgerows, nervous Americans, and so on. Honestly, it is not as bad as people make it sound. The roads are well marked, traffic is reasonable once you're out of Dublin, and after the first hour or two it becomes second nature. Don't let that chatter scare you off a rental car. It was the one thing I was most concerned about and having Go Irish Tours manage the booking took a lot of the stress out of the actual driving. We get a decent sized (automatic!) car and had no issues with our bags. The food was another standout. Full Irish breakfasts every morning, fresh seafood in Kinsale, a proper pint at the Guinness Storehouse (and other places obviously), and hearty pub dinners in Killarney and Galway. We didn't have a bad meal the entire trip. The English Market in Cork is worth a long, slow walk-through if you're a food person at all. Just about every person we met, from hotel staff to shopkeepers to our various castle guides was friendly and generous with their time. That's not a small thing when you're traveling somewhere new. We'll absolutely be back, and when we do, we'll book through Go Irish Tours again.
Booked through Christina and she helped set up all the hotels, car, event tickets, and even random suggested items we may like. Itinerary she set up was great and she made sure to allow us time for traveling between locations and ability to go off script a bit and make extra stops. There is just so much to see in Ireland!!!
I had been trying for weeks to plan our trip to Ireland and simply could not get it done. I wanted to make the most out our time and see the best places possible. Choosing our lodging was an overwhelming challenge. That’s when Sophie Flynn with Go Irish Tours called me . She planned the most beautiful trip for us. I couldn’t have been more pleased! We had a wonderful time, stayed in great places and saw the most beautiful scenery! Thank you so much, Sophie, for a dream vacation! ♥️
GoIrish exceeded all expectations. Arrangements were flawless from car rental to attraction vouchers and finally our B&B accommodations. During our 12 day trip each B&B was top notch according to the various locations. My wife and I have traveled extensively over the years and these accommodations would have been selected if we had the booking responsibility. Just returned home yesterday and this trip will remain one of our most memorable (not to mention the weather was outstanding for the whole trip). Shout out to Isaac who put this together and was very quick on concerns, changes or additions to our itinerary.
Ian from GoIrish Tours took great care of our requests which expanded over 2 weeks in Ireland. Arranging hotels within walking distance of multiple attractions they arranged, suggestions for trains we needed. The bus tour was amazing! The weather... well, it did not dampen our lifetime of memories on the excursions. I strongly recomment Ian from GoIrish Tours!
We used Go Irish Tours and worked with Christina to plan our trip to Ireland, and I can’t recommend her enough. After one conversation about what we wanted, she immediately got to work and put together an incredible itinerary. She placed us in the best locations with amazing B&Bs, great city hotels, and even an unforgettable castle stay. And I’ll be honest—I’m not the easiest to plan for—but she handled everything flawlessly. We had originally planned to include Scotland, and she walked us through why that wouldn’t be ideal due to seasonal closures. That’s something I would have never known planning it myself, and it saved us from making a big mistake. That level of knowledge and honesty is priceless. She was incredibly thorough and easy to work with—email, phone calls, even video chats to go over details. The wildest part? We realized she had actually helped us plan our first Ireland trip back in 2022 (planned for 2020, but couldn’t enter Ireland until ‘22). She had left during COVID when travel slowed down and had only been back about a month when we found her again. It truly felt meant to be. When our flight out of the U.S. was canceled and we lost two days of our trip, she stepped in immediately and helped us gather everything we needed for travel insurance and airline refunds. It was stressful and messy, but having someone in our corner made all the difference. One of the most special parts of our trip was actually getting to meet Christina in person for a pint in Galway on St. Patrick’s Day. She is just as lovely in real life as she is to work with—warm, genuine, and an absolute gem of a human. It felt less like meeting our travel agent and more like catching up with an old friend. That moment alone made the whole experience feel even more personal, and it truly felt like we formed a lifelong kinship. Being able to make payments over time was also a huge bonus. I highly recommend Go Irish Tours—and even more strongly recommend requesting Christina specifically. I’ll absolutely be reaching out to her again to plan our next trip.
After spending many hours trying to plan a first ever family trip to Ireland and questioning every decision I was making, divine intervention occurred with a link to the Go Irish Tour company. Clicking on that link and being introduced to Sophie had been the best decision I could have made! From our initial video call to final booking, Sophie had been a model of customer service, knowledge and patient good humor. She has refined our trip to make it everything we are hoping for! I’m so grateful to Sophie for all of her hard work in helping us create our dream Irish vacation!!
Contacted Go Irish Tours for my 1st trip to Ireland. After talking with me a few times they formulated a plan for me. It was a self drive stay. Wonderful hotels and B&B’s. Knowing they were just a phone call away if I needed anything helped as well. They did great by me
Sophie at go irish tours helped me have the most amazing trip. Driving around on Ireland's roads a bit white knuckle but I was up for the challenge of traveling alone and at no time felt uncomfortable or alone...met so many nice natives and tourists alike. Enjoyed myself tremendously! .
Donna M. at Go Irish Tours planned my 16 day DREAM IRISH VACATION and I could not have been more pleased. I never had any problems with ANY of my vouchers for tickets or accommodations. All of my accomodations included bed and breakfast that were so comfortable and tasty. I was traveling solo, driving myself on the opposite side of the road, and NEVER once felt uneasy about where I was or had any issues. She also arranged a meeting for me with someone she knew personally and meeting that LOVELY, KIND man was the highlight of an AMAZING trip. Ireland is truly a country full of history, gorgeous vistas, and most importantly - LOVELY people. It is hard to pick favorite spots, but climbing Croagh Patrick was a PERSONAL milestone for me and I am so proud of myself for doing that. From Giant's Causeway, to Cliffs of Moher, to Ballintubber Abbey, to Killarney National Park, to House of Waterford, to Trinity College & Book of Kells, to Innis Mean, to Royal Portrush, to all the GORGEOUS quaint little towns in between - I LOVED IT ALL! However, my three days in Mullingar - home to Niall Horan, my FAVORITE artist on the planet - was so special and that is a place I truly could live. I have already recommended Donna to a friend of mine, and the good Lord willing - I will return to Ireland one day and see more of this lovely Emerald Isle. Also, a shout out to the LOVELY family owned Clarke's Bar in Mullingar - Kiernan, Carole, Ryan, and Naomi...THANKS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING! Give Donna a call or send her an email and she will help make your Irish or Scottish vacation dreams come true. SLAINTE!
Ian was wonderful to work with while planning our trip to Ireland. He designed a personalized self-driving tour tailored to our dates, interests, and needs. The video he created highlighting the sights along the way was a thoughtful and special touch.
My wife and I wanted to go to Ireland for our honeymoon and I found Go Irish Tours online. I contacted them for a quote and we worked out the details. Donna was very accommodating as I kept changing my mind on the number of nights, but we finalized at 9 nights and she sent me a prospective itinerary and cost. The price was great and we sent a deposit. Donna was great when I made a couple of changes to the rental car and added some attractions to my itinerary later on. As we were 3 weeks from the date of our arrival, we hadn't heard from Donna for the finalized itinerary or payment, so I reached out. It took a couple of days for a response, but I got the final itinerary and a couple of the hotels had changed from the original quote. I was a little concerned as I had made plans based on the original hotels. Also, the price went up since the hotels had changed. Donna said it was because of availability, but I think that it shouldn't have been a problem because I paid my deposit more than a year in advance of the travel. It wasn't a deal breaker, as I understand prices change over that time period, but at the time it was a little frustrating. Ultimately, the hotels we were booked in were fantastic. The best stay was Crystal Springs B&B in Killarney. The hostess was amazing and the location was beautiful. Overall, I think Donna did a great job and was helpful making changes to our itinerary. It was wonderful to know that Donna and the team at Go Irish Tours were there in case we needed anything during our travels, as well. Some recommendations: Don't book your rental car for while you are in Dublin, pick it up the day you leave the city. That worked out great for us! Have Go Irish Tours book some of your attractions in Dublin. Go to Trinity College and get the tour! Do a food tour in Galway! Don't overbook yourself, leave time to relax and enjoy the country! My only complaint is that response times leading up to the trip were sometimes days, but everything was eventually handled. Thank-you Donna, and everyone at Go Irish Tours, for helping to make our honeymoon as wonderful as it was!
Planning a first overseas trip that is not military related is quite overwhelming. My wife and I have been wanting to go Ireland for some time, so I contacted GoIrishTours and talked to Donna. She helped plan all the lodging and car rental and made it seem seamless. We had a great time and could be more pleased. Highly recommend! Thank you Donna!
We just confirmed our tour with Isaac. All questions answered in a professional manner with helpful suggestions. He made booking easy! The trip went as planned and everything Isaac arranged went smoothly. I had one question and sent a message to Isaac who replied immediately.
Sophie planned a wonderful vacation for my husband and me. We had a few remote calls during the planning and she incorporated all of our requests in our itinerary. She initially priced two different options as we were undecided about some details. The rental car and hotels were booked and ready when we arrived. The hotels were all very nice and we loved having our breakfasts included. Sophie had helpful suggestions for adding stops on our way. I also appreciated that she checked in with us every few days during our trip. She really helped us to have a beautiful vacation Thank you Sophie.
I am so happy with the services that were provided to me and my friend for our travel around Ireland. Donna went above and beyond our expectations. We wanted to travel the whole south side, driving From Dublin, down the coast and back up to Galway before heading back to Dublin. I cannot explain how beautiful every place we stayed was right from the start. We stayed in both hotels and B & B’s for our vacation. Darkey Kelly’s in Dublin was perfectly located, amazing staff, and food was so good. Donna made suggestions based on our conversation, chose amazing stops, booked everything and answered any questions we had. We went to church’s, castles, a Viking interactive session, saw the St. Patrick’s Day parade in Galway and so much more. We will be going back to Ireland and taking a similar vacation in the next few years and my first call will be to Donna and Go Irish Tours.
I am highly impressed with Go Irish Tours. I’m so glad I went through this company for my first visit to Ireland. I will definitely use them when I plan my next trip to Ireland. This Agency provides a very detailed itinerary for you to follow. They provide an additional booklet that gives you more attractions if you shall have the time to go to those. For all of my hotel days, they put me on the list for breakfast so it was so easy just to eat in the morning before I started my activities for the day. Everything went so smoothly. I did not have one hiccup at all. Checking into hotels and attending the events that were on their vouchers that they provided based on my itinerary went as expected. My travel agent was always available when I needed assistance or had questions. While I enjoyed looking at the cathedrals, castles, and the scenic attractions, I most appreciated driving around the island looking at how the people lived within each community. Looking at the farms, houses, and the schools made the trip way more personal to me. I did not want to be part of a large tour group. It was great not to be bothered with a group of people (who I didn’t know) looking at the main attractions. The small things were equally important. The one area of caution I will say is that you do need to purchase the extended car insurance accidental rate from your rental car agency if you are not used to driving on the left. This travel agency only will get you a rental vehicle for the basic insurance. In America, we drive on the right, and I did get into a car accident and had to utilize the insurance as there is a little learning curve on how to drive on the opposite side. I will absolutely use Go Irish Tours in the future to book my trips for myself and my family.
We just finished our self drive tour of Ireland organised by Brandon. The places he chose for us to see were stunning. The hotels were of a really high standard. He tweaked our accommodation as our travel plans changed. He followed up before, during and after our holiday. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.
We did a self-drive tour in mid-May of this year and the itinerary put together for us by Donna was perfect! The folks at Go Irish Tours work with you to get and establish your perfect getaway.
Well, so far I give this business a 5-star rating. Specifically this rating is because of Christina Johnson. There are three couples who are going on this trip to Ireland, and one of our group is the person who has been communicating with her, asking all the questions, and setting up this trip. There were a few changes, lots of questions, and she handled them with care, patience, understanding, and just being an all-around nice person. Plus, she also sent us a really nice video explaining our trip and some of the different activities that we will be doing. When it came time to put down a deposit, I called her, and she was very nice and calmed my fears. I can't wait to travel to Ireland and go to the places that she picked out for us!
